class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><b>Vitamin E<\/b><\/h5>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Vitamin E adalah sejenis vitamin larut lemak dengan aktiviti antioksidan yang tersendiri <sup>1<\/sup>. Vitamin E boleh didapati dalam pelbagai makanan seperti kekacang (hazelnut, kacang tanah), biji-bijian (biji bunga matahari), minyak soya, minyak germa gandum, minyak jagung dan minyak sayuran <sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Fakta Nutrisi<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Ia wujud dalam lapan bentuk yang berbeza secara semula jadi seperti alpha-, beta-, gamma-, dan delta-tocopherol dan alpha-, beta-, gamma-, dan delta-tocotrienol yang mempunyai tahap aktiviti biologi yang berbeza-beza <sup>1,2<\/sup>. Pelbagai bentuk vitamin E diserap daripada usus dan hati, dan ia dirembeskan semula hanya alpha-tocopherol dan bentuk vitamin E yang lain akan disingkirkan <sup>1<\/sup>. Oleh itu, antara bentuk-bentuk tersebut, alpha- (or \u03b1-) tocopherol adalah satu-satunya bentuk yang dapat memenuhi keperluan manusia.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Manfaat Kesihatan<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Imuniti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Suplemen vitamin E dilaporkan dapat meningkatkan tindak balas humoral dan memberi perlindungan terhadap beberapa penyakit berjangkit <sup>3<\/sup>. Ciri anti-radang dan antioksidan vitamin E dapat membantu mengurangkan kesan buruk pencemaran udara. Kajian klinikal menyokong peranan vitamin E dan C dalam memodulasi kesan pencemaran udara terhadap penyakit lelah <sup>4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Kesihatan kesuburan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Vitamin E meningkatkan tindak balas endometrium pada wanita bagi mendorong kehamilan normal dan sihat <sup>5<\/sup>. Ia menghalang pengeluaran spesies oksidatif reaktif (ROS) pada lelaki yang tidak subur. Kajian intervensi melaporkan suplemen vitamin E yang diambil bersama selenium atau vitamin C dapat meningkatkan kepekatan dan pergerakan sperma <sup>6<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Kesihatan kulit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Ia mengurangkan tindak balas keradangan, meningkatkan kelembapan kulit dan membantu penyembuhan luka <sup>7<\/sup>. Pengambilan vitamin E secara oral terbukti dapat memperbaiki simptom (seperti gatal dan lesi) dan kualiti hidup pada pesakit yang mempunyai dermatitis atopik, tambahan suplemen vitamin C turut membantu melindungi kulit daripada kerosakan UV <sup>8<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Degenerasi makula berkaitan usia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Kajian penyakit mata berkaitan usia (AREDS) mendapati suplemen vitamin C, E, beta-karoten, zink dan kuprum pada dos harian yang disarankan dapat mengurangkan risiko terjadinya degenerasi makula berkaitan usia (AMD) sebanyak 25% <sup>9<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Kesihatan wanita<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Kajian mendapati vitamin E membantu melegakan kesakitan bagi senggugut primer, mengurangkan keadaan panas dan merah di muka yang dialami oleh wanita menopaus, serta mengatasi gejala fizikal bagi wanita yang mengalami sindrom pra-haid <sup>10,11,12<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Perlindungan jantung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Beberapa kajian pemerhatian mendapati bahawa pengambilan vitamin E yang tinggi adalah berkaitan dengan penurunan kadar penyakit jantung <sup>13<\/sup>. Vitamin E membantu menghalang oksidasi kolesterol LDL dan mencegah pembentukan darah beku, dengan itu dapat mencegah aterosklerosis, serangan jantung atau trombosis vena dalam <sup>14<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Kesihatan saraf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Ciri antioksidan vitamin E mempunyai kesan neuroprotektif dengan mencegah kematian neuron dan memperlahankan kemerosotan kognitif yang berlaku secara semula jadi semasa penuaan <sup>15<\/sup>. Ia telah terbukti bahawa pengambilan vitamin E yang tinggi membantu mencegah penyakit Alzheimer, akan tetapi penyelidikan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk membuktikan kesan vitamin E terhadap kesihatan otak.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Dos Harian Yang Disarankan<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Dos harian yang disarankan adalah antara 15 IU hingga 1000 IU <sup>1,16<\/sup>. Kebanyakan suplemen vitamin E yang berada di pasaran mengandungi 400 IU hingga 1000 IU.
