服用方法
Take 1-2 vegetable capsules each time with meal, twice daily or as recommended by a doctor or pharmacist.

Q: Can I take this if I am pregnant?
A: This product is not intended for pregnant / breastfeeding women
Q: Can I take this product if I am on another supplement?
A: Frequent use of fenugreek can inhibit iron absorption, separate dose by 2 hours.
Q: Are there any safety issues?A: This supplement is not intended to be used in pregnancy and people with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (G6PD).
Diabetic patients should monitor their blood glucose when taking this supplement to prevent hypoglycemia.
