维生素K

维生素K也被称为凝血维生素,是一种脂溶性维生素。维生素K群中包括K1、K2、K3、和K4等,但是最主要的是K1(叶绿醌)和K2(甲基萘醌)。两者有相似的功能,但是K2会比K1更好地被人体吸收和储存的时间更长。维生素K1也可在人体内转换为K2。维生素K2可分为七种不同的种类,分别为MK-4到MK-10,但是最为重要的是MK-4和MK-7。维生素K在治疗冠心病、癌症以及改善骨骼强度和胰岛素敏感性方面都具有潜力 1

营养价值

维生素K1主要存在于植物例如羽衣甘蓝、菠菜和西兰花等的叶绿体中。菠菜和羽衣甘蓝等绿叶蔬菜含有极高的维生素K1,可供每日所需的维生素K1约60%。因此,越绿的蔬菜,往往都富含了维生素K1。维生素K1也存在于某些植物油中,包括菜籽油、大豆、棉籽和橄榄油。而维生素K2主要源于细菌,除MK-4以外。MK-7的长链维生素K2其实是使用纳豆芽孢杆菌发酵的产物,可在传统日本大豆产品的纳豆中找到。纳豆中MK-7的含量是大约菠菜中维生素K1含量的2.5倍 2

1. 帮助凝血

维生素K可帮助激活凝血因子及促进其生成。这些凝血因子的作用是帮助止血及促进伤口愈合。缺乏维生素K可导致过度出血或瘀伤 3

2. 骨质疏松症

维生素K2和维生素D具有协同效应,提高骨骼质量和强韧度。同时,维生素K2还可以激活骨钙素,骨钙素与钙结合并促进骨形成,使骨骼更强韧,减少骨折的发生 4

建议男性每天摄入120微克维生素K,而女性則是每天摄入90微克维生素K 14
